Alpine Assistant provides AI-assisted guest support and operational tools for chalets, apartments and holiday-accommodation teams.

- Your portfolio size, areas of interest and preferred timeframe

We may also receive technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as request logs, device information and IP address. The live demonstration may process the messages you choose to enter.

We use trusted service providers to operate the website and handle enquiries. These currently include:
- Vercel for website hosting and delivery
- Supabase for secure enquiry storage and application infrastructure
- Make for enquiry and notification automation
- Google Workspace and Gmail for business email
- Resend for sending transactional and service-related emails
- Botpress for the interactive demonstration
These providers process data on our behalf under their applicable security and privacy terms. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using recognised legal safeguards.
How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry and business communication data only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a potential or existing business relationship, maintain appropriate records and meet legal or administrative obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use essential storage required for security and functionality. Embedded services, including the live demonstration, may also use cookies or similar browser storage.
